HRC believes in applying what we know about organizational effectiveness and leadership to help our community. Examples of our pro bono services and volunteer activities in the community include designing succession plans for executive teams, facilitating team development sessions for leadership teams, and coaching social entrepreneurs in the community. In addition, we actively promote professional development opportunities and resources for organizational psychologists.
HRC offers its resource website, I/O AT WORK (ioatwork.com), to make cutting edge research available to leaders and HR/OD practitioners. Our graduate students find research from top-tier research journals and write brief reviews of research we feel is relevant, applicable, and useful to our readers. This award-winning site is provided at no charge to our clients and the HR community at large because HRC is committed to employing practices that are based in research, and we encourage our clients and those in the community to do the same.
