All of our senior consultants hold PhDs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related fields and have at least two decades of experience. Our junior consultants have Master’s degrees as well as practical experience. All of our Alliance Partners are thoroughly vetted and have worked side-by-side with HRC consultants before they are included in the network. This allows us to maintain our high standards regarding quality of work and value to the client.
HRC offers its resource website, I/O AT WORK, to make cutting edge research available to leaders and HR/OD practitioners. Our graduate students find research from top-tier research journals and write brief reviews of research we feel is relevant, applicable, and useful to our readers. This site is provided at no charge to our clients and the HR community at large because HRC is committed to employing practices that are based in research, and we encourage our clients and those in the community to do the same. Bamboo HR named I/O AT WORK one of the Top 25 socially shared HR blogs in 2012. In 2014, the site was nominated for the prestigious SHRM/SIOP Impact Award. In 2016, the site was selected as a Top 30 Must-Read HR Blog by healthcareadministrator.org. In 2017, the site was noted as a top HR blog for WorkConnect by SAP and listed as a top 75 workplace site for feedspot.com. This site was selected by two premier I/O and HR research journals, Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management, to exclusively preview and release in-press articles up to two years before they are available in print. In 2019, this site was identified as a top rated resource for SIOP members.
