These coaching engagements typically last 9-12 months. They include stakeholder assessment; detailed development plan; development alignment meeting with the leader, manager, and coach; and progress-check interviews to evaluate progress.

debrief coaching
We offer targeted debrief sessions to ensure participants understand assessment results (e.g. 360s and personality inventories). These 1-2 hour coaching sessions provide insight into leadership strengths and development opportunities.

We support teams in the early stages of development by accelerating team performance and establishing strong ways of working. We also help established teams improve effectiveness and cohesion.
